A: Yes, TUV has approved it.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Approximately one week for the sample. Approximately one month for the mass production. This depends on which product you wish to order.

Q: How do you deliver the goods and how long will it take to arrive?

Q: How to place an order?
A: First of all, we will draw the drawings according to your requirements.
Secondly, the quotation will be made based on the drawings you have confirmed.
Thirdly, we start production after receiving the down payment.
Fourth, once the goods are ready for shipment, send me the pictures of the goods.
Fifth. Full payment will be received upon delivery.

Q: If we want sample, how much do we need to pay ?
A: For sample, we usually charge 2 times price, and the transport fee should be paid by buyer. But don't worry, we will return the price for sample when buyer place order.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: We usually accept and do T/T payments, 30% deposit in advance and the balance against the copy of BL. We also accept L/C payment.
