User operation process

1 Choose cleaning mode Standard / fine

2 Choose a scent - 6 fragrances available

3 Select payment & pay(As shown on the custom display)

4 Open the door, place the helmet inside, and start cleaning

5 During cleaning, you can click the button to print a receipt or check the cleaning progress

6 Click the button to switch between the cleaning progress of compartment A and B. Click the "bottom button" to end cleaning early

7 Cleaning complete. Remove the helmet and close the door properly

FAQ

Q: Will the cleaning process damage the helmet or cause fading?

A: No. The equipment uses "contactless maintenance ," with no physical friction , no soaking , and no corrosive chemicals. The constant temperature control and factory cleaning fluid have all passed safety tests, are designed specifically for helmet materials, and are absolutely safe.

Q: Can the helmet be worn immediately after cleaning?

A: Yes. The intelligent drying system ensures that the helmet is dry and warm when removed, so there is no need to wait for it to dry, and it can be worn directly.

Q: If I forget to pick up the helmet, wil lthe door remain open?

A: No. If the item is not picked up within 2minutes after the door is opened, it will automatically close and lock. You need to click the screen [Contact Customer Service] or call the service hotline, and after identity verification, the customer service will remotely open the door.

Q: What should I do if the equipment does not start after payment?

A: Do not repeat the payment. First, check if you have clicked the screen [Confirm Start]; if there is still no response, you can use the" customer service intercom"
